- ALL HAIR SALES ARE FINAL! Please be sure to read all of the product descriptions BEFORE purchasing. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Please allow, 1-3 days processing time for hair orders and 1-14 days shipping time. Shipping has to be done within 14 days since the order has been placed.Please note, this time frame does not include weekends and holidays.
- If you are placing a CUSTOM UNIT ORDER and purchasing hair from K Extensions, please allow 1-3 days processing time and an additional 3-10 days turnaround time for your unit to be completed. This will not exceed 14 days. Please note, this time frame does not include weekends and holidays.
- K Extensions is NOT responsible for improperly fitting units if you send in incorrect measurements.
